I have to prepare 65 mini cakes. I want to bake them 1-2 weeks in advance. How do I properly store them after baking?
would you put the crumbcoat on and freeze?

I always double wrap my cakes in saran before freezing. Some also wrap in foil but I found the foil would "dent" up my cake.

I wrap in plastic wrap and then foil. You probably can crumb coat sucessfully but I have not done that personally.
