I have a question, I hope someone can answer. I have found an awesome coconut cake recipe here @ CC, and I love it, the only problem I have is that I always have more than half of the coconut cream and coconut milk left over everytime I make this recipe, so I was wondering, does anyone know if I could freeze the coconut cream and milk and use it at a later time? Would appreciate some help.

yes you can freeze both... but would use in a month or so.. don't leave it in the freeze forever...(my grandmother still has stuff from 1990 in hers.. UGH! :0)

nice to know you can freeze both. If it's the same recipe I tried I absolutely LOVED it....but also had the leftovers!

There are some drawbacks to freezing coconut milk. The info on the Thai Kitchens website is very helpful:
