Help, how do I get a satin finish look to my fondant like I have seen on wedding cakes.

Do you mean the pearl sheen, or just the soft look of the fondant itself? If it is the "pearl" - use pearl air brush color or brush with pearl luster dust.

If its just the shiny satin look not the pearl shine I use a steamer on my fondant cakes after they are completed.
