A good friend of mine who is from France is heading to Paris to spend a couple weeks with her family, leaving tonight. She asked me to let her know if there's any French baking things I want her to bring back for me. All I can think of is maybe French pastry tips or good Madeleine pans.
Does anyone have any French must-haves that I should ask her to be on the lookout for? Ingredients, equipment, or other specialty items?
