Hi: I'm doing a "Goodnight Moon" theme cake and would like to make small moons with RI for the border.
1) I'm wondering what tip I would use to pipe them. I want to do them ahead of time and then put them on like little candies
2) Will they be okay on Indydebi's BC?

TIA!

that really depends on how small you want them, I would think a tip #2 for the outline and maybe a #3 to fill in would be good. A #2 will allow a sharp enough edge without making it difficult to pipe in a perfect line. Sometimes with a #1 tip the icing kinda comes out squiggly if you don't use a super gentle hand, so personally I'd try it with a #2 first and see if that works! HTH

Also, it might be helpful to print out a page of moon shapes and put your wax paper/parchment over that and use it as a guide so that they all come out exactly the same size!
