I've been making my own MMF which I love to use. I plan on trying to make Michelle Foster's Fondant this week. However, I'm going to buy red and black fondant because it's just a total pain to get those colors. Before I order, I wanted to see what everyone else recommends. What's your favorite brand of fondant? Also, does anyone have a favorite site to recommend? TIA!

For regular fondant I use Jennifer Dontz' recipe for semi-homemade white chocolate fondant.

BUT for red and black I order Fondarific (I get it from their web site). It is very easy to work with and tastes great. It's a bit pricey, but I don't use tons of red and black...and it's worth it!
