Hello All, I have a quick question about RI... I know it can't get any grease in the mix or it breaks it down. Does that hold true once RI decorations have dried and my BC has crusted? I have a cake covered in crusting BC and a few RI roses that I'd like to go ahead and put on the cake, but it won't be served until tomorrow night. Will that be ok?? Should I wait until the last minute to get them on there so they don't disintegrate?? Sorry if this is a "duh" question... I'm a new cake lady in training and I figured I'd check before I messed up my cake and my flowers. icon_smile.gif

TIA!

You can put them on now since you said the RI flowers are already dry. They won't break down.
