I thought I posted this in the cake descussions section but I can't find it now I *never* can get a search to work for me so I can't look it up.
Can fondant decos be put on stablized whipped cream icing? I have a request for that icing for a dietbetic and want to deco it w/fondant cutouts.

Also, anyone have a recipe for stablizing whipping cream? It *has* to be done 24-36 hrs before it will be taken to the party.
