I was wondering if anyone has printable charts or any info on how many servings each size cake serves, and how to cut it for customers. I got an order for a 6inch and told her it will serve 12 according to wilton and then I went and looked at my pan and marked with a dry erase marker and I think all they will get is at the most 10?
