Still in the midst of kitchen remodeling and haven't been able to bake anything for a couple of weeks. I MISS it! I didn't think we'd get sick and tired of eating out but we are. Frozen dinners in the microwave aren't very good when you're used to home cooking, either. He laid the tile floor yesterday and the cabinets come in Monday so hopefully it'll go fast after that. I find recipes to try everyday but then remember, "no oven, no sink, no counters... DRAT!" Just had to vent to other baking addicted peeps.
