Has anyone tried the CIA buttercream frosting from the cupcake bouquet u-tube video?

Ok, I am answering my own question. Not happy with the recipe.It is all butter, no shortening. Tastes good yes, but it does not have enough body to make the flowers I made.They look too droopy. Of course, the cupcakes in the video look beautiful so I could have also done something wrong.I tried to add photo but not sure if it was added. I made another batch with shortening for 1/2 of the cupcakes and it made all the difference in the world.
