I was just asked to make a really small wedding cake (like 10 people) and I've had this design in my favorites for a long time - I thought it would be perfect...

I just figured out smbc - and I get it to come up stiff enough to make roses and flowers (http://cakecentral.com/modules.php?name=gallery&file=displayimage&pid=1596841). But haven't used it for any piping really.
If you think it would work - should I refridgerate to firm up between the layers of overpiping?
