I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but you can heat 1 can Eagle Brand milk with 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips (I prefer to use 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate) until melted. Let it cool until it's the desired consistency. You can also whip it after it's cooled to make it light and fluffy.

Or you can cook the condensed milk and make Dulce de Leche.
