hi I'm from Canada and will be in Vegas (tagging along with my hubby who is going to a conference) and was wondering if there are some good supply stores or bakeries to visit. I live in Winnipeg but there is only Michaels and Bulk Barn to shop at so I mainly order from the US. Thanks for the help in advance.

I'd check out Chef Rubber (chefrubber.com). They're located across from the Mandaly Bay.

Chef Rubber on Schuster is good. Paul the owner is great. He just did a demo for our cake club.

There is also Jan's Tempting Treasures in Henderson. It's a small shop but she is really nice and has a ton of stuff.
