I've never had to refrigerate a mmf covered cake (rhonda's recipe), and I want to know any tips and advice on doing so. I've read that the cake can collect condensation, how can you avoid it and how does it affect the fondant?

My MMF started to sweat. Badly. But I had my fridge set at its coldest.
