I am making a large castle cake this week where the client does not want a fondant covered cake...The cake will be covered in a buttercream then i am making Fondant/ Gumpaste detail and decorations.... since RI is a no-go... is there something better than more Buttercream to attach the details?

If the details are freshly cut, just moisten the back lightly and they should stick right on. If you want to, you also can use clear piping gel.

Happy castle making!
