Does a filling like this need refrigerated? When do you need to refrigerate or when do you not?
Also, does anyone have a good filling that doesn't need refrigerated? I'm looking to try something new. Thanks in advance.
well.. I can tell you that I have a hard time figuring out if some of these are safe to sit out. This recipe looks like a lemon curd recipe.... I would think that if it sat out in a "cool" room then it would be alright out... or if it was out for a small amount of time..... I am thinking for a day maybe.
I know I have used canned lemon filling before and believe it or not, it worked just fine. And I for sure didn't have to worry about that setting out.
Hopefully someone else will give us both the answer in a more convincing way!
