do any of you use the la girolle ruffler? if so where do you get the chocolate disc or do you make your own? thanks

I made my own the first time I tried it, but the ruffles turn out better with the rolls you buy.
I've ordered from Beryl's, but it looks like she only has lemon at the moment.
