Having A Hard Time Waiting Until Tomorrow..
Lounge By HarleyDee Updated 26 Feb 2010 , 4:53pm by pastryqueen9
I'm trying to stay really busy, to make the time pass quicker until 1:15pm tomorrow. The reason is, I have a Dr.'s appt... to see if I'm pregnant
I've taken 4 home pregnancy tests, and three of them look promising (faint lines). But I'm going crazy waiting, because I haven't told anyone I took them. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up, especially the hubby's, if I'm not. But we've been trying for a while now, and if I am, this will be our first.
I just had to say (type) it somewhere.. makes the suffering a little easier, lol!
If there is faint lines you more than likely are, I hope you are. Good luck at your dr's appt tomorrow.

Agreed! I showed faint lines when I was pregnant with my second son because I took the test pretty early. And out of all the negative tests I took I never saw the faint line. Early on your HCG levels can still be low so the line isn't as dark. Good luck to you, will be looking for an update tomorrow!
Oh, by the way - if it's really driving you crazy you can run to the store and buy the Clearblue Easy Digital Pregnancy test. There are no lines to look at, it just gives you a digital display of pregnant or not pregnant.

I know! I've seriously been fighting the urge to do this. I think I haven't for two reasons..
1. I don't want to spend the money on it when I will know for sure tomorrow
2. I'm afraid it won't say what I want it to say
I'm a goof
Yeh, the waiting is the worst! I'm also cramping a little like I do when it's about that time of the month, but I've heard that it doesn't mean anything.
C'mon 1:15pm on Thursday!
*GAH* I saw you posted and I was thinking you found out today. Darn it, have to wait till tomorrow. Although I still think you are!

Lol, I wish! I was supposed to go yesterday, but they moved me to tomorrow! Oh the torture
Ooooh I hope you are!! I know it is hard to be TTCing for a while. I hope you get a happy happy result today!
I just wanted you to know I know EXACTLY how you are feeling. After one miscarriage and a year of trying we found out from a blood test after I saw a "Faint line" ... Hope you get the news you are waiting for. I will be looking for your update.
Just got back..
I'm officially knocked up
I cannot tell you how excited I am!! Thanks for enduring the wait with me. The nurse came in and was like, "It's positive," and I said, "Yes!!!" Lol.

OH MY!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!! I am VERY happy for you. Wishing you a very healthy and happy pregnancy. Have you told DH yet? That is always fun. You should check out www.medhelp.com pregnancy forums....they were a lifesaver when I was pregnant.
Have you told DH yet?
Nope, haven't told him. No one even knew I was going to the Dr. today. He will be home in about an hour. I have a letter to him in his stack of mail.. it says something along the lines of, "Congratulations, you've won the following: 9 months of night sweats, hormone swings, and midnight ice cream runs!"
We'll see how long it takes him to get it

That's awesome. Don't be surprised if he doesn't get it right away, especially if he just came home from work. We have 3 girls so I understand your excitment. I'm also contemplating becoming a surrogate mother to help others enjoy being parents as well.
