I have been looking at some of the gorgeous fillings on here and just wanted to ask if you needed to refridgerate the cakes after putting the fillings in if you are using cream cheese or whipping cream that you have boiled so it becomes a ganache.
Hope that makes sense.

thanks

IF the filling is perishable (such as cream cheese or whipped cream) then you have to refrigerate it.

I don't think you have to refrigerate ganache-filled cakes. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You do not need to refrigerate a ganache. That is what the inside of upscale chocolate truffles are and they are not refrigerated.
