What kind of equipment do you use in your commercial kitchen? Im trying to shop for what i need. What is a good price for a full size convection oven, 2 door ss freezer, and a 20qt mixer?

we looked way in advance and we paid $850 total for our double stack convection oven (Blodgett) and Two 2door commercial fridges.
Ive been looking for my equipment for about 2 weeks now. Ive found some and my sister just closed her bakery last month and Im buying some of her stuff from her. Ive got 30 days to set up my kitchen and right now its just an empty room. Still waiting on the plumber to get the permit..... :-/
I don't have a commercial kitchen but will soon be using one. I have always found I didn't like to use my convection oven for cakes, I get better results with a regular electric oven.
Are any of you using those counter top convections and do you like them for cakes?
my convection oven has the fan off feature and i use it quite often.
