what programs do you guys use for your contracts. I type mine into ms word but I find it tedious to fill in....

I usually fill it in on the pc and protect it from any changes being mde to it...then I email it to my clients. I just think it takes too long to fill in...

any suggestions?

Your talking about forms right? All of my printed forms, contracts, lables, letterhead, etc are all designed in Adobe Illustrator. I use this so that I can have certain design elements and graphics on my forms. If I need to send something I send a pdf of the document.

I just give my customers a printed contract and they fill it in themselves. If they want it emailed, I email it in PDF format (there are a number of free converters), again for them to fill in themselves. We also fax them contracts. Hope that helps1
