I need a recipe for a dense chocolate cake. My chocolate cakes always fall apart when I try to carve them. Anyone have one that is good for carving?Thank You for any help.

I use the WASC recipe but use chocolate cake mix and whole eggs instead of just whites - it is absolutely delicious and dense enough to carve! I have done it quite a few times and it works perfectly!
