Hi everyone..

I was wondering if anyone can help me with my problem..

I am making a golden anniversary cake and its due for delivery tomorrow. I started covering the cakes with fondant (Satin Ice) lastnight but when I woke up this morning, my last tier had Fondant warps on it so I had to peel off the fondant!! icon_sad.gif I am not sure why it is doing this? Is it the way I covered it or what??.. I am afraid that when I RE-cover the cakes again today, tomorrow when I wake up
( the day of delivery btw), that I will end up with thesame problem... icon_sad.gif

PLEASE PLEASE, what should I do?.. what am I doing wrong??.. icon_sad.gif Any advice will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thank you so much!

Do you have a picture? I'm not sure what you mean by warping? It it a problem on the top or sides? Maybe your layers are not lined up flush?

I work mostly in buttercream, but have trouble with bubbles too. I think it has something to do with the cake settling. Try recovering it fondant and hopefully whatever occoured is done and the new fondant will stay put. Good luck. thumbs_up.gif
