Need some websites if you have them please. Bride is looking for something very non-traditional (the cake she found online she likes has bride and groom on top with chain saws) but of course wants to go the cheapest way out. I may end up making something out of gumpaste, but i'm not that great with figures. If anyone has any figure "samples" links that would help too in case I do go the hand made route.

I think most of the unusual toppers are custom made by sculptors.

There are many polymer clay artists that make unique and amazing cake toppers. And although most don't qualify as 'cheap', many are actually very affordable. Unless of course her idea of cheap is $20. Many have websites or sell on sites like Etsy.
