Do you want to clean the fondant off of the styro so you can use it again? Or is the fondant become dusty and you want to get the dust off?

Yes--which? Need to totally wipe the dummy clean or just dust the cake? If it is just dusting I'd consider canned air.

I would probably dust or vacuum it lightly. If it has marks on it wipe with a damp cloth and then dry it. Use a cloth or blow dryer. If any marks remain from wiping it put some ps on the palm of your hands and gently rub. Make sure the cake is dry first.
