I was just wondering what colors people buy. I love the red and dark blue but all my kitchen appliances are black/stainless steel. I thought I'd check out what other people have.

I have the dark blue (cobalt blue) which they no longer make. I also have a 4 slice toaster, hand mixer and food processor (all in cobalt blue). I do however like the red and the one that they call cinnamon which is a deep red.

I have dark blue in my kitchen.

I think red would look good with black and stainless steel.

The 4.5q that was orginally my mom's until I borrowed it and never gave it back is the Cobalt Blue. My 6q is White because that was the only color they had in the store when I bought it. The 5q my brother and SIL bought me for Christmas so I'd return my mom's mixer is the Stainless. It is actually at her house and looks good with her stainless appliances.

I carry the 4.5q back and forth to Micheals for classes, so that is why the pretty shiny one is still at her house. When something happens to it I told her I would replace it, and then I get the 5q she is holding hostage.

I also have the Red hand mixer. It is the only one I got to pick the color on and I had a hard time doing that myself. So I can totally understand. What ever color you get it will stand out in your kitchen, and I don't think you can really go wrong with any color. icon_smile.gif

I have black, it was on sale REALLY cheap. I wouldn't recommend it though, it always looks "dusty" from the icing sugar and or flour that flings out all over. I'm forever wiping it off.

Mine is cobalt blue. It always looks really dusty after I make a cake because of the dark color and all the powdered sugar. Still, I wanted it for so many years in that color that I'm glad that's what color I got.

I'm currently using a borrowed (what would we do without mother's?) red one but my heart belongs to the gorgeous copper pearl, (big sigh!) someday....

Mine's white, because I'm too practical for my own good. (Though I secretly...or not so secretly, actually...lust over the red one.)

Wow, such beautiful colors. I ended up getting the black one but my heart will always belong to the Cobalt Blue and Red. I couldn't find either of them at any of the Bed, Bath and Beyond stores (I tried 5 of them) and I wanted to use my 20% coupon plus the $30 rebate. I could of special ordered it but I needed the mixer for this weekend.

I have a cobalt blue one in PA waiting for me to clear out the storage and just last Friday I talked hubby into getting me another, so I got the pink here with me in Florida. It was a toss up between the pink and the light yellow.

The cobalt is going to my daughter in Washington State when I do clean out the storage in probably several years. I think she needs one, too.

(What would we do without mothers?)

Metallic gray, and I have all stainless appliances and a black sparkly granite countertop. I wish I would have got black, but really not much difference.
The colors are cool, but I change my mind on decor too often for something that is always on my countertop. (and will be for years)
