Chocolate Truffle Cake

Hi.

I am making a butter cake with chocolate ganache and chocolate truffles.
Any ideas on how I might present this cake for a 50th birthday I was just going to pile the truffles on top and add some sugar frangapanis.
Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks for the great photo's I'm not sure if I am up to that stage yet.
I think I will just keep it simple.
