I know you can buy silver airbrush color, but I saw someone mentioning watering down something and putting it in their airbrush. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Also can you do it to get the pearl color?

sugardelights.com has an airbrush color of pearl. I l just saw it.
not sure how to get grey with the air brush. wouldn't you just lightly spray black? I don't air brush much.

I use luster and pearl dusts mixed with everclear in my airbrush all the time. I've used it for that more than actually using airbrush colors.

Luster dusts are the colors that have the shimmery effects. Pearl dusts are the ones that are pearlescent (super pearl) or iridescent (like blue pearl where you see the hints of the blue.)

Americolor does have some sheen airbrush colors in the metalics, pearl and some other colors as well. So you may want to go that way. I do also think there is some by Lucks, though I could be wrong about the brand name.
