I have a questions regarding the fillings made by Rich's such as "Bettercreme".Can we freeze the leftovers in a airtight box and re use it later?

I always make more filling than I need and then hate to throw it away.....so was wondering if anybody freezes the filling for later?

Currently Ihave cookies and cream, Strawberry cream and Mango cream as leftovers!

Thanks in advance!

Yes, I freeze the liquid all of the time. Sometimes I freeze it in the original container and if I buy the half gallon size I divide it up into small plastic containers. I also freeze it after it has been whipped.

LOVE Bettercreme!

It took me quite some time to find a place that carried it. I live in a small town in central Wisconsin and the place that I get it from is in a differnent city. It is called "U-Bake". They do charge quite a bit for it and get what they ask because there is no competition - no one else sells it.
