Help please. I have been making figurines for a Friends Wizard of Oz cake. I live in Auckland New Zealand, and at the moment the humidity is at 67%. I have been mixing fondant with Tylose powder to make my models, and they were looking good but as the week has gotten on they have all started to wilt and droop. I have spent hours and they looked beautiful, now I am having to throw them away and start again. Can anyone tell me how to combat the humidity icon_sad.gif

We use Fondarific fondant. It was developed in Savannah, GA, a high-humidity city.
