Can anyone point me in the right direction on flower arranging on my cakes. I can make great gumpaste flowers, however, when I place them on a cake, I am always disappointed in the arrangement. They look like, (and they are) just placed on the cake. I seem to lack the ability to arrange them in an eye appealing way. icon_cry.gif

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks CC

I would suggest getting this DVD
Fabulous floral arranging on cakes by sugar artist Jennifer Dontz

Thank you for the info.
I checked the site and ordered the DVD. Cann't wait to see what I learn from it.

Thanks again.
