HI
DOES ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FONDANT AND BUTTERCREAM
AND HOW LONG A CAKE CAN STAY OUT ??
ANY INPUT FOR HOT SUMMER DAYS WHAT TO STAY AWAY FROM?
DOES PUTTING EITHER OR IN THE REFRIGE HURT THEM OR MAKE THEM SWEAT??

I do not refrigerate cakes unless they have a perishable filling (fresh fruit or cream based filling) or if I am going to transport them (firming them up in the fridge helps them transport better).
