I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there's a way to paint on white chocolate ganache? I want to paint on a cake I'm doing, but the person I"m making it for doesn't like fondant.

I just wanted to do a bit of background in a water colour type effect. Any suggestions?

You can do the brushed embroidery on ganache. Make sure it is set well before doing it. There was a demo at ICES about that very thing, and it was beautiful! She used royal icing to do it. I will try to upload the pic I took - I can't remember the name of the woman who did it - she was from around there (Chicago).

THIS IS NOT MY WORK.

Thanks for your reply icon_smile.gif I'll have to try that technique, I've been curious about it for a while now!
