I made some cake pops for my youngest son and nephew to take to preschool today, but school has been closed due to snow. They don't go back to school until next Tuesday, but my older son (in elementary school) will be having his Valentine's Day party on Friday. I was hoping they would stay good until Friday and I could make some fresh for next week for the little boys. They are individually wrapped. What do you think?

Would they freeze well? I've never frozen chocolate and I'm not sure about the condensation when thawing since they are wrapped.

If you freeze them they should last long enough. I made some and froze them, then forgot about them!! About 2 weeks later I found them again and took them out of the freezer. I was going to toss them but figured why not and let them thaw and tried one ... it was still fresh tasting and very yummy!
