Are there any threads about how to make a carousel cake? I have an idea in my head, but I've never made one before and would like to see how others have constructed them.
TIA

Those are both really cool.... KiKi, where did you get the horses like that? My only prob is the cake is for a boy so we're using primary colors

The horses are from the Wilton Carousel separator topper set. icon_smile.gif

If you search on here for carousel cakes there are a lot for boys using this carousel topper like this one from kiraboo.

Thanks for the info......the Wilton ones are discontinued.
Maybe I can use a candy/chocolate mold? Just worry about them cracking and crumbling : (
