I am making my parents a replica of their house for their 50th anniversary... How would you do the walls? I got brick and cobble stone imprint mats but not sure how to make sure the sides stay up.

It is a 2 story house.

Most structures are the layers of cake made to resemble the shape of the house. Then the walls are rolled out of either modeling chocolate, fondant, gumpaste or a combination of either. Imprint mats are used during the rolling out process. The panel is lifted and adheres to the side of the structure which has been prepped with a coating of bc. The sides are then trimmed with a knife... much like a box. Does that make sense?
