There is a turtorial on here on how to cut a cake, They used a cake comb or some kind of tool to hold the cake with out messing up your hands and gloves, Anyone know who im talking about, Im thinking either indydebi or someone else cant remember her name she also is famous for her icing.

It is Indydebi, and she actually has the tutorial on her web site, I believe (if her site is still up and active now that she's closed the shop). She (or someone else, not sure) said you could get a cake comb on ebay.

if you go to the search tab and search cake cutting guide, a picture of what you are talking about comes up. I think it's indydebi as well. don't know where you are located but cake shops would have it.
