I purchased the cupcake cake mold. I have a problem with delivering the finished cake. Since the top is wider than the bottom it has a tendancy to tip and hit the sides of the box. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so can you help me with solution for safe transportation? Thankyou, Grammy1963

Put the entire cake on a cardboard cake board a couple of layers thick and stake the cake once, all way through to the bottom. That should give it some stability, and it won't slide in the box if the cake board is of the same size.

I haven't made this one, but I would suggest 2 things:

First, if it's not, your top should be on a separate cake board.

Second, put some support dowels through the top into the bottom (at least 3 or 4). Same technique for any layered cake that isn't stacked with supports.

This should keep it from moving in transport.

Good Luck!
