I have practiced making animal and people and Im getting much better. I have a request for cake with a few animals on top of the cake. Im not sure what to charge for them. Should the overall price per serving cover this or I need to charge them extra per figure and if so how much?

Thanks

From what I've seen and read on the forums, most people charge per serving, then an additional "per figure" fee for stuff on top.

The per serving charge generally covers the cake only. I have an intermediate charge that covers flat motifs applied to the sides of the cake. Otherwise it's per figure. I have a set fee for a topper - bow, flowers, whatever, of $40.

I suggest keeping the per serving price a bit low then add about $10 per figure used - depending on the size of the figure icon_smile.gif

I also have my set per-serving price, and then toppers or figures are extra. Anywhere from $10-$40 extra, depending on the size and complexity of the figure.
