Making Chocolate Fondant

How do I make chocolate fondant brown and white? I'm not sure I have heard of adding cocoa powder to mmf mix I guess it will turn brown after. if the client wants it white......... Just confused can anyone help icon_cry.gif

Ok, you have me confused...to make chocolate fondant you must add the cocoa powder while the marshmallows are melted, same time you'd normally add half the powdered sugar. The recipe I used was 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup powdered sugar right after melting and then added more PS till I got the right consistancy. You'd have to make two batches to get one brown and one white. Still not sure what you mean by that. If you are looking for a marbled effect you could just add gel color and not work it totally into the white. Hope I helped.

Oh I meant white chocolate as well , if the person wants chocolate fondant but in the color white I havent seen white cocoa powder...
