Making Chocolate Fondant

How do I make chocolate fondant brown and white? I'm not sure I have heard of adding cocoa powder to mmf mix I guess it will turn brown after. if the client wants it white......... Just confused can anyone help icon_cry.gif

Ok, you have me make chocolate fondant you must add the cocoa powder while the marshmallows are melted, same time you'd normally add half the powdered sugar. The recipe I used was 1/2 cup cocoa and 1/2 cup powdered sugar right after melting and then added more PS till I got the right consistancy. You'd have to make two batches to get one brown and one white. Still not sure what you mean by that. If you are looking for a marbled effect you could just add gel color and not work it totally into the white. Hope I helped.

Oh I meant white chocolate as well , if the person wants chocolate fondant but in the color white I havent seen white cocoa powder...
