You can purchase edible jewels. GSA carries an assortment.

You can also make your own.

Get crystals that you want to replicate.
Make a mold using the products from Make Your Own Molds
Pour sugar syrup heated to hard-crack stage into mold.
Voila! Edible crystals!

If you wanted to make your own and didn't want to make a mold they sell molds online from country kitchen. You can get a set of like 5 different sheets for like $10. And you have lots of different jewels to choose from with the molds.

If you do make your own, practice - I made some a couple of months ago and it wasn't easy. If you have worked with poured sugar before you won't have a problem, but if you are new to it, it is not as easy as it sounds.

http://www. countrykitchensa.com/catalog/mini.aspx?T=2&ShopId=18&CatId=434&SubCatId=1762

Just don't put the space between the www. and the countrykitchensa
