I am looking for a cascading 5 tier cake stand that is sturdy. I have attached a pic for an example of the type of stand I am looking for. The problem I have is that every one I see on line the plates are way to big. I need 1 6", 2 - 8" and 2 - 10" plates. I found one on line but when I received it I was very disappointed as tubes don't look very sturdy at all and some of the plates had chips in them already.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can purchase one.

Do you think it can maybe be custom made?

They are individual clear stands that come in different heights. I bought mine on ebay.

I have that stand and I love it. It is very sturdy. I bought it years ago (maybe 25) . I think I got it at Country Kitchens. It was expensive then, but I have used it many times and it always makes such a nice presentation.

That's Crystal Splendor. Google it. I got mine on Ebay, but I've bought parts for it at CK.

I bought mine from ebay too. I used it to serve these two cakes. Each cake was pound cake, so they were quite heavy.
