I just bought a 25# bag of All-purpose Pastry flour - King Milling Co brand from GFS. I swear I have used this kind before, but before I start putting my dry mixes together, I wanted to make sure that this is the same as All-purpose flour?? I have contacted the company, but they have been really busy and anyone I need to speak with is out of the office or in meetings! Does anyone know, or do you use this flour. I would LOVE to know very soon...I have to get these mixes started today.
Thanks!

I have never heard of a flour being called both AP and pastry. icon_confused.gif
