My grandson & his fiancee just picked out a cake they want me to make for their wedding. It is a three tier square cake but it is upside down. The large square is on top, the medium is in the middle and the small square is on the bottom. Is there any tutorial showing how to construct a cake like this. It will be fondant. Any help would be appreciated.
