Navy blue can be made with a lighter blue and a small amount of black but the darker blue works the best. Blue is a primary color so it can not be made.

there was already a thread on this subject, but I have a navy blue purse in my gallery and I started with navy blue Americolor and then dotted in black till I achieved the right color. Remember, it darkens as it sits.

I also have a naby blue cake in my gallery. Used Americolor's Navy Blue and then added black until I got the right shade.
