So can I substitute butter for shortening and margarine? Any one have a recipe for those who want "all natural" products?

You can make decorator's frosting from just butter and confectioner's sugar. I'm not a fan of decorator's frosting, but the butter only recipes are MUCH better than the shortening ones, for my palate.

LOVE imbc!!! I'd take it any day over shortening frosting! Light, silky, smooth, buttery goodness, yum!
