I bought a few chocolate candy molds (hard plastic) today for some fondant accents I need to make. I put the fondant in the bare molds and now of course I need to know what the best way to remove them would be? icon_redface.gif

Hi, before you put the fondant into the mould, you must dust it with cornsarch. And personaly I wouldn't use fondant alone. Either add some CMC/Tylose powder to the fondant or use 50/50 mix of gumpaste and fondant. icon_smile.gif

Put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and the fondant will harden enough to pop right out without damaging the pattern. It's how I get my pearl strings out icon_smile.gif!
