can i use meringue powder in italian meringue buttercream? the recipe calls for 1 cup of egg whites, how many egg whites is that equal to?

The typical egg whites in a carton say that 3 tbsp = the white from 1 large egg.

The cannister of meringue powder should have a conversion ratio listed on it.

ok i figured out that about 8 egg whites = 1 cup of whites so then i used the conversion on the meringue powder, and the IMBC turned out great, thanks fot the help!
