I have been teaching myself cake decorating for about a year. I am pretty creative and have found that I really enjoy making fondant and gum paste flowers. I have become quite good at recreating all different types of flowers. I was wondering if there are any bakers or bakeries in Rhode Island that may be interested in seeing some of my work and/ or giving me an opportunity to work with you to get some additional experience. I am employed full time in IT, but would love to spend some of my free time getting more experience.
